Please read these terms carefully before using the Maoni Point.

1. Independent Platform:
   This platform is not affiliated with, managed by, or officially recognized by any political party or the National Electoral Commission of Tanzania. It is an independent, community-driven initiative for collecting public opinions on candidate popularity.
2. Purpose:
   The main goal is to provide a transparent, open, and simple way for citizens to express their opinions about candidates in different regions and constituencies. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not represent official election outcomes.
3. Eligibility:
   Anyone can participate, but each vote requires a unique confirmation code (token) to help prevent duplicate voting and support the platform's maintenance.
4. Privacy:
   We do not collect or store any personal identification information. Only your selected region, constituent, candidate, and confirmation code are processed for vote validation.
5. Data Use:
   All voting data is used solely for generating anonymous statistics and is not shared with any third parties.
6. Transparency:
   Results are visible to all users and updated in real-time as votes are submitted.
7. Non-Binding:
   Votes cast on this platform have no legal or official effect on any government, political party, or electoral process.
8. Respectful Use:
   Users are expected to participate respectfully. Any attempt to manipulate, spam, or abuse the system may result in removal of votes or blocking of access.
9. Support:
   The small fee for a confirmation code is used solely to support the technical and operational costs of running this platform.
10. Changes to Terms:
    These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
